Englewood Apartment Damage

Apartment buildings can be a tricky especially after a fire damage. In the case of this apartment it started with a fire and ended with water. The apartment was flooded with water from the sprinklers and the firefighters.

We started with mitigating the flooded rooms and then placed fans to dry the building materials. While drying we started to clean and deodorize the lingering smoke residue and smoke odor. Although the renter was not able to stay in their home during the cleanup they were very impressed with how fast we were able to get their home clean and dry. Now it is ready to be put back together.
