Ceiling Damage in Littleton, CO

An overhead water line froze and broke flooding the ceiling and causing a lot of damage. The water ran downed the walls and behind the cabinets. Removing the cabinets was the only way to save the walls from being torn down too.

Water needs to evaporate but can't behind cabinets since the act like a vapor barrier. With them missing the water can evaporate freely.

SERVPRO of Englewood/Littleton East was called to help with this beautiful apartment complex and help dry out the few rooms where the damage had happened. Each room was similar just with different styles of paint or cabinets.
